Below you will see our current hand-carved pieces. Because of the nature of olive wood, each item is entirely unique—once a piece is gone, its specific grain pattern can never be replicated.

Olive wood is a living, breathing material. After harvesting, these pieces often sit in my workshop for weeks to ‘cure’ and find their final form before the first chisel touch. This slow process ensures your heirloom will last a lifetime.
